Foaming Face Wash with Sulfur (3%)

Description

Finally, a Face Wash with Sulfur that DOESN’T stink! This scrub helps control fungal balance on the face or scalp. Fungal imbalance can lead to skin damage, dry patches, and reduced efficacy of other products. But many other products either use so much sulfur that it’s too harsh for the most sensitive skin, they contain other undesirable ingredients, or they’re flat out smelly. But this gentle formulation is completely unscented (although functional fragrances can be added – just email me at help@coconutcreamsoap.com ).

As it stands, the aroma is very clean – sort of the epitome of ‘soap’ – the sulfur doesn’t give a ‘rotten egg’ aroma. While you’re using it, there can be a slight whiff of unstruck matches. Foaming Face Wash with Sulfur gives a good lather, glides on smoothly, and feels good. Plus, the very fine sulfur is gently exfoliating. It rinses well and gives a silky, clean feeling.

How to Use Foaming Face Wash with Sulfur

Dampen your face with a warm, soft cloth. Next, use dry fingers, a spoon, or small cosmetic paddle to scoop about a teaspoon of facial scrub into your palm. Rub a little water into your palm to start the lather. Then, spread onto forehead, chin, and cheeks avoiding the eyes. Massage a bit more water into the scrub on your face in an upward, circular motion, encouraging more lather and spreading it out. After massaging the lather in all areas you want to clean and exfoliate, rinse thoroughly with warm water. Pat your face dry. Avoiding getting the product wet will extend its shelf life. For mild outbreaks, use 1-2 times per week. For more severe outbreaks, use daily. Follow up with a hydrating, protective serum like Custom Facial Serum with Attar.
