If you’re unhappy with your products, write to us and prepare to send them back, so we can investigate what went wrong with your batch. If we determine that we have messed up your order, we’ll remake your purchase to fix any mistakes we made.

Please keep in mind, your products are handmade to order; if you need to cancel your order, you have 24 hours after the time of ordering to do so and receive a full refund. Once your products are in production, we cannot process refunds.
